Working in close cooperation with chef Gergely Kövér and pastry chef Zsuzsanna Szabó, the professional mixologist emphasizes: the three of them are unstoppable when it comes to providing rooftop bar guests with an unforgettable evening and some unforgettable flavors. The recipe was already ready: pick the city’s most beautiful panorama, add comfortable armchairs, enjoy the cool breeze and choose from the fine dining selections.
For example: For Borbála’s Marilyn’s Kiss cocktail, mixed Jose Cuervo Silver tequila and honey syrup with hibiscus and agave; chef Gergely Köver created a soy-glazed grilled steak morsels with tapioca and parsley emulsion.
